Work experience
Designed and shipped 25+ websites for international clients. I was then promoted to lead the redesign of the company’s own product website.

Key results:
→ Grew inbound leads 1.5×. I audited the 200+ page product website, prioritized conversion bottlenecks, and iteratively redesigned core product pages together with the Head of Marketing.
→ Shipped 25+ turnkey websites for real estate, healthcare, beauty, heavy machinery and education clients. These were landing pages, corporate sites and e-commerce, taken from brief to launch.
→ Received consistent positive client feedback on lead quality and design outcomes.

Process:
  • Conducted user research using the JTBD framework to uncover user motivations, core struggles, and desired outcomes
  • Executed competitor analysis and developed user flows
  • Presented wireframes and defended design rationale directly to clients and key stakeholders
  • Developed cohesive visual concepts, guiding projects from initial moodboards to high-fidelity UI
  • Delivered responsive layouts optimized for conversion funnels, SEO, and technical performance
  • Stack: Figma, Tilda, AI tools.

Worked with clients across Europe and other countries. In travel, Real Estate, healthcare, beauty, and B2B Services — designing products from first research to final UI.

  • Settle.in · Mobile App (Product Design, end-to-end). A supportive mobile ecosystem designed to help relocants smoothly navigate adaptation phases, connect with local communities, and reduce relocation stress. User Research: Conducted comprehensive desk research to analyze expat pain points, existing coping mechanisms, and key drivers of a successful relocation experience. Formulated the user’s Job-to-be-Done to resolve his task. Competitor Analysis: Evaluated market leaders and gathered competitors screens to analyze advantages and pain points. Strategy & UX Architecture: Synthesized research insights into validated hypotheses, mapping out intuitive user flows. Based on the analysis, developed wireframes, design concept, and custom UI kit to deliver final high-fidelity UI layouts.
  • Wayfinder · Mobile App (Product Design, end-to-end). A travel guides app helping users discover, buy and navigate guides in one place. User research: Collecting opinions, surveys, usage analytics. Competitor analysis: Direct, indirect competitors, pain points solved, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. User flow: Contains 5 key stages — each mapped by action, metric, barrier and solution. Created wireframes, moodboard and custom UI Kit. Deliver UI layouts.
  • TripNinja · E-commerce (B2C, Travel). Designed an online store for travel guides. Result: 10 purchases within the first month of launch — with no paid advertising.
  • Pilates Studio · Landing Page (B2C, Services). Designed a conversion-focused landing page. Result: 30+ leads in the first 3 months — organic traffic only. Medical Equipment · E-commerce (B2B, Healthcare)
  • Designed a B2B e-commerce platform for medical equipment — focused on clear product navigation and trust signals for professional buyers.
My 3-year background in B2B sales has been fundamental to my design approach. It equipped me with the unique ability to rapidly decode business objectives and translate them into user-centric interface solutions. By leveraging SPIN-selling methodologies, I bridge the gap between business requirements and user needs, advocating for design decisions through the lens of ROI and value proposition.
